PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a product exchange.
Exchange Terms & Conditions

Products must be in brand-new, unused condition and must not have been worn for any activities.

The product must be returned with the original box, invoice, and complete accessories.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Axel Shoe Co. up to a maximum of IDR 50,000 (only for Iocal shipping).

Return shipping costs will be covered by customer for International shipping.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

If the returned product does not meet the exchange requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Contact Axel Shoe Co. via WhatsApp to confirm the desired size, color, or model and allow our team to check stock availability.

Make sure the product is returned in its original condition, unworn and complete with the original box and accessories.

The exchange process will take approximately 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by Axel Shoe Co.
